This Flour Milling machine is mainly be used along,this single machine can mill the wheat to while flour, and the bran will be seperated out. It is low cost and need small install area.The machine is specially suitable for home use or small flour mill factory.
Flour Milling Steps:
1.Cleaning steps:
The raw material should be cleaned in advance, remove the impurities and stones in the wheat, and we need to wash the wheat so that the dust is totally cleaned.
This steps can be done by human or by the Cleaning and Washing machine below:
2. Moisturize step:
Store the cleaned wheat in bags for 8--12 hours, to make sure the wheat is totally moisturized.The wheat humidity should be 13~14% before it enter the roller mill.This steps can increase the ductility of the bran, so that it can be peeled off in bigger size, and the flour will be more white.
3.Flour milling step:
Pour the wheat in the storage bin A, then enter the roller mill for milling, transported by pipes. After the milling, all material will enter the round sifter,the fine flour will be sifted out, and the coarse wheat will enter the storage bin B waiting for milling again.By this way 3-4 times,till all bran have been seperate out.
