Product Description

Complete Maize Milling machine have Four stage:

1.Cleaning stage.
Use the magnetic separator removing the iron.
The vibrating screen is mainly used to remove the bigger and smaller impurities,
Then the De-stoner is used to Clean the size size stones.

2.Peeling stage
Emery Roller Mill and Iron Roller Mill is used for peeling the maize.
And Degerminator will be used to clean the germ out.

3.Crusher and Grading Stage
The Crusher will be used to break maize to grits, the flour sand will be brush out and then enter the Roller mill for further milling.
The Grits will enter the Plan-sifter for grading, grade it to 2-3 different level.
The grits size and rate can be adjusted according to clients' requirement.

4.Packing stage
Finally the final product will be packed to bag by human or auto packing machine
