Complete Maize Milling machine have Four stage:
1.Cleaning stage.
Use the magnetic separator removing the iron.
The vibrating screen is mainly used to remove the bigger and smaller impurities,
Then the De-stoner is used to Clean the size size stones.
2.Peeling stage
Emery Roller Mill and Iron Roller Mill is used for peeling the maize.
And Degerminator will be used to clean the germ out.
3.Crusher and Roller Milling Stage
The Crusher will be used to break maize to small grits, and then enter to the Roller mill for further milling.
The Plan-sifter is used to sift the fine enought four out, and the bigger grits will enter the next roller mill
for milling again.
The final fineness of the flour can be adjusted according to clients' requirement.
4.Packing stage
Finally the final product will be packed to bag by human or auto packing machine

2.Complete function processing as cleaning maize, peeling maize, and grinding maize into maize flour and maize grits.
3.Clean maize to remove stone, metal, sand and all sorts of impurities.
4.Peel maize to remove maize skin, remove maize germ, remove black maize . After cleaning and peeling, it prepares best maize material for further processing into maize flour or grits.
5.We can adjust yield and fineness according to your requirement.
Final product yield:
Maize Grits: 40-45%
Maize Flour:25-30%
Bran: 30%
